Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using 60fps Mockup, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What you can do

You can use 60fps Mockup to create device mockups from your own screen recordings, for personal or commercial projects.

Please do not:

• Use the service for anything illegal
• Try to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Resell or redistribute the service itself

3. Your content

You own your videos and images. Your files are processed in your browser and never uploaded to our servers. We have no claim over your content.

4. PRO subscriptions

PRO plans are billed through Polar. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time and keep PRO access until the end of the period you paid for.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. If something is not working, reach out and we will sort it out.

5. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running. We may need to update, pause, or change things from time to time and will give notice where we can.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
